It’s that time of year again and families are gearing up for summer and many are looking for the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation rental. Here in Myrtle Beach, rentals can be quite overwhelming. From oceanfront versus ocean view, second versus third rows, and even questions like, are linens provided? All of this is taken into consideration and many families are uncertain about the difference in prices and location. For instance, location is the key to any beach rental. With an assortment of options to choose from you should always know the differences. With oceanfront property you have the luxury of the beach amenities and everything it has to offer. However, the price of oceanfront rentals is a little more expensive but the ability of having everything at your fingertips may be worth it. With ocean view rentals, you are located near the ocean but are not necessarily directly on it. For instance, many ocean view properties can be on the “second row” and are able to see it from a distance. This also applies to third row rentals that have the same concept but are further from the beach. You also have similar amenities such as oceanfront rentals but will pay a much lower rate. Whatever your preference is choosing a property can be easier with the help of a Realtor. At SC Beach Real Estate were able to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have and help direct you to the perfect vacation rental. Myrtle Beach Rentals
When it comes to Myrtle Beach rental condos and homes, SC Beach Real Estate specializes in recommending excellent condos, condo communities, and short term home rentals. Since there are several options that deal with vacation rentals, one should know the pros and cons to each. For instance, with condos there are enjoyable amenities that one may not have while staying in a beach home. Such amenities include: indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tub and spas, on site restaurants, and housekeeper. However, when enjoying a condo, one must keep in mind that it is a more compact space which may not be the best option for larger families and friends. This is a main difference between a Myrtle Beach condo and beach home. When enjoying an oceanfront beach home, there is a lot more space, mobility, and privacy! There may not be a convenience of an indoor pool or housekeeping but a larger family is able to have more freedom and liberty while staying comfortably in a larger area.
